Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after order processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after order processing.
    • International Shipping: At this time we only ship within the United States. Please send us a message if you are in a different country and we can see if we can work it out.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are based on the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States of America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to communicate any updates to you promptly.

Order Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Return to Sender Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
